Why choose remote therapy sessions?

Remote working means no traveling costs or travelling time to and from sessions which can be disruptive to busy schedules or work. Clients with health or mobility issues can access the same personal level and quality of service as face-to-face clients receive.

You can access therapy whilst staying in the comfort of your own home, office, or university or whilst traveling/working away from home.

For clients with social anxiety or other psychological issues, remote working can help alleviate some of the stress and anxiety associated with face-to-face work. Whilst not for everyone, having therapy sessions remotely has proven to be an accessible, efficient, safe, and effective way of working.
